Has anybody sent for the free trials. Do they work and are you bombarded with phone calls and emails after you have filled out your details. In other words - what is the catch?

I am very lucky that I have got a full refund very quickly, after telephoning the com pany and cancelling my account. I have had several emails which I am keeping referring to the cancellations and refunds of £79.99 and 74..95.
I will not be buying any more such items, unless they are from a reputable company. It isnt worth the stress and the loss of large amoun ts of money. Good luck to those of you who are trying to get refunds, I hope you are successful.
I fell for this scam and was furious when I realised a further £79.99 was taken from my account, I googled the product/company and came across all these scary reviews, I immediately went onto thier website and read the terms and conditions. This was scary as the 10 day money back guarantee starts on the day of purchase (clearly giving no time for postage/delivery). The next morning I immediately went to my bank and cancelled my debit card to avoid any further money being taken from my acount.

Fortunately for me, the date of purchase and the date of shipping (both stated on the delivery note) surpassed the 10 days and the terms and conditions state you can request an extension of this period if the product does not arrive in time. I emailed the company quoting this information and at the same time advised I would like to cancel my order and requested a refund. I actually receiced an email back stating I would be refunded, however I was not holding my breath following these reviews. To my surprise, within 5 working days I had been refunded. Strange as never a mention of returning the products (although I will return this anyway).

My advise would be to not call but to email, as you have proof (dated) of any contact you have made. Try to use thier own Terms & Conditions against them as they have done to us!!

BTW, not once in my email did I mention I had not read the T&C's at the point of requesting my trial order or that I had just realised I was being scammed.

I am a huge internet shopper and this has taught me a huge lesson to be more wise who I provide my bank details to....
but do the creams actually work, and can they be bought anywhere other than that site, any shops/chemist sell them?
do the creams actually work, and are they sold at chemists/shops etc?
ive fallen for the same trap, i stupidly sent away the the samples without reading the small print. this week i received another lot of products from them and they have taken over £200 from my bank. i cant seem to find a contact number or email address for them, can anybody help me?
this looks like a scam that when they have your credit card details you carnt officially stop it unless you have telephoned them or sent email ,this is what happened to me with another offer via a cyprus account on my credit card, i had contacted my card supplier so be aware and make sure its a one off payment and check your card (its better to send e mail and save it saying no more and refund what ive paid , regards colin
be carefull these links i tried for another product but they can still take from your credit card account and you carnt stop them this was the message from my credit card supplier (you have to say that you wanted a refund and you tel or sent email even if you do the email and save it ) i lost approx £596 even after i told the card firm whats going on they wanted proof from me that i stopped offer so send e mail and save it . just in case regards

My wife got caught like most of the people on here. Pay up £5 for a sample then one month later you notice that another £74.95 has gone.
My wife cancelled her card immediately, to stop further payments. But the bank said she could not get her money back.

After I read what SheX had wrote, in answer 38 or 39 I decided to take a hand.
I sent several very strongly worded e mails to "[email protected]" I did not get any reply.
I made lots of phone calls to 0808 168 3684 and finally got through to an Amercan call centre.
This is a toll free number so you can afford to be patient, also call during USA working day time, don't believe the 24hr 7 day claim.

I called my wife to get on the phone and she let fly at them.
She refused all offers of any product or discounts and just repeated.
"I want my money refunded"
"This is a scam"
" I will take legal action if I don't get my money back"

That was on a Friday, the money was refunded on Monday.

Thanks SheX.

So above you have the e mail address and the telephone number.
Rip into the scam merchants..

I like these products too but -sorry folks-spotted the small print so didn't do it after getting to the pay page and then reading the small print.
BUT my husband did.
I checked his credit card transactions online and the £6.99 HAD BEEN TAKEN AND IMMEDIATELY RANG TO CANCEL HIS CARD. card arrived in 24 hours so they could not take any more money.

Want anymore of this product-perhaps worth ordering and then losing and replacing your credit card?

What think?

Do not go for the trial. If you do not cancel within the 14 days it will cost a fortune. So far over four months it has cost me £685!!! I have since tried to call to cancel but they say they do not know who I am. The charges are continuing and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. Caution - take care to read the small print!
I signed up. You need to really make sure you cancel well within the fourteen days! I called the number on the delivery note to cancel but it just rang out. I have finally tracked down a number for them via my credit card supplier! I called and the company have no record of me yet I am still receiving the goods and I am still being billed. To date they have charged me since last October £685!!! Be careful
it is a scam, a month after you receive the products they bill you £79.95 and £74.95. The phone line is always engaged and there are hundreds of complaints on line.
DO NOT touch this product, it is a complete scam. A month after receiving this product I was billed £79.99 and £74.95. Their phone is always engaged. Avoid it like the plague.
