Has anybody sent for the free trials. Do they work and are you bombarded with phone calls and emails after you have filled out your details. In other words - what is the catch?

Same thing just happened to me! £74.95 has just come out my account! I just tried calling the number on their email but it goes dead. I have emailed them but I assume if their phone number is phoney, their email must be too. I am trying to get hold of my bank now to see what can be done. I can't afford £74.95 to come out my account, I'm broke! Has anyone had any luck getting their money refunded?

you should keep trying as I have had email replies from them and my phone calls have been answered
After ordering the free trial of all three products on 19 December my credit card account was debited two amounts of £2.95 and £5.97 one day later, which was just the postage I believe. I then received the products the following week. Unfortunately I hadn't done a search on google and seen the reviews regarding the company providing these products. The terms and conditions are rather unclear and but do state that you will enter into a subscription whereby you will be be sent the product every 30 days and be debited £74.95 each month for this. This is not a free trial. If you don't cancel the subscription and send your trial products back unopened with the alloted time you will be charged £74.95 within a few days of the postage being taken from your account.

I have contacted the company by phone and cancelled my subscription. They tried to offer me a 50% discount on my monthly subscription but there was no way I wanted anything to do with a company dealing in such a bad way.

I have also cancelled my credit card but have been advised by my credit card company that this may not stop future debits as companies can find your account number from the credit card details you give which allows them to still debit the account.

I am just hoping that they do not take any more money from me. They would be in breach of contract due to my cancellation so if they did I should be able to do something about it.

It is a shame really as I have been using the products for about a week now and they are really nice. Not worth £74.95 a month though.
Practically every comment below tells me this is a scam. Don't EVER buy any product that forces you to give our your account details, EVER.

Saying that, there are some great cheap options I've been really pleased with. I can strongly recommend what I use, available from the supermarket. Neutrogena Healthy skin Anti-wrinkle cream original formula SPF 15 for day, and Neutrogena Healthy skin anti-wrinkle cream night. Both have sizeable amounts of retinol, and you'll notice the difference in your skin, not your wallet. (And no, I'm not a Neutrogena salesperson or employee, I just use and like these two products).
I would complain and call the Trading Standards in the UK if you live in the UK and also contact the authorities in the country they operate from should they be outside the UK..!! Also think about calling/writing to tv programs like watch dog to help osculate the issue.

If you ever pay for something like this then do your research and make sure the company is genuine and if you do make a payment then pay by credit card as you have insurance against fraud and then deal with the credit card company should you have any problems etc.

Personally, I would call your bank and tell them you have realized just now some serious fraud on your account and you want it investigated and returned. The banks have an obligation to do this on your behalf.

Best of luck to you all.

Anyone that thinks a cream will lift their face has got no brain, its obvious that its a scam, never never sign up for anything that you havent investigated first.
Doesnt anybody realise that a cream will not lift your face, it is absolutely impossible, creams can only make the lines less harsh, only way to lift your face is by the knife, or to fill it with poison.
Had some of the same experiences as many of the above posts, with 79.15 taken from my acc before i knew it. I got really angry and decided to get my money back, especially after reading this blog! one of the numbers does not seem to work but the other did and eventually got through. it was a long conversation where i mentioned that it was a scam and many other things! i just kept on demanding all my money back. my point i kept making was how could i trial a product if i did not have it? They said that there was a 12 day trial period but that it started as soon as i ordered it. At one stage they offered half of the money, but i said no, that i wanted it all back and lo and behold! after another chat with her supervisor i was told it would be put back in my acc within 7 to 10 days. Will have to wait and see tho as i am just off the phone.
Moral of the story: Read all Terms and Conditions very carefully!

The catch is that you will be charged monthly for some products which, apparently, you will not receive, and which you have not actually ordered. I've fallen into the trap. Luckily I realised it was a massive scam 10 minutes after I actually paid for the free samples online, by debit card. I read some reviews and realised that loads of people were being charged monthly for stuff that they didn't order. Once they have you card details, they can help themselves and there isn't much you can do about it. Basically, when I realised, I flipped, rang my bank and was told that the best thing to do was to cancel my debit card. No need to close the account. My account is now being monitored for any further irregularities, as they the initial postage and packaging fees had already been taken (£2.95 and £2.97) and I was given the fraud department's number, just in case. But it should be ok. They can't take any money from now on. good luck with it to anyone
I've fallen into the trap too, but luckily I realised it was a scam just minutes after I paid for the free samples online by debit card. As soon as I put in my card details and received the confirmation emails, I decided to read some reviews (I wish I had done that before!) and realised it was a massive scam. Loads of people get charged monthly for products they have not even ordered, and the company keeps helping themselves, and don't even bother sending the products. So I rang the company to cancel any deliveries of any samples etc, but was told to ring back the following day as the transaction was yet showing (I rang 15 minutes after paying). I then decided that it wasn't good enough and rang my bank to explain what was happening. I was advised to cancel mydebit card and was given the fraud department's number just in case. No need to close the account I was told, just cancel the debit card to stop them helping themselves. Of course, I'm not expecting any refunds for the handling fees, but that doesn't matter to me, as long as they don't take £80 a month on a regular basis ! I wish all the victims of this scam good luck.
I've been ripped off by revitaderm. It is a scam! I ordered the 2 trials. One arrived and one didn't. I also noted that $80 had been taken from my card and I hadn't even started the trial(it was before the product which arrived did arrive). When I contacted them they offered to give me a 50% reduction in charges rather than cancel and they would extend the trial period for another 12 days. I replied that I had already been charged and if I didn't like the product, how I could return the one I had been charged for and get a refund. That was when they got nasty and said no returns and sent a copy of the terms. I am about to contact my bank and refer the matter to them. This is a scam. The cream which did arrive is useless and it is impossible for them to send the items out in the period which they give before they start charging you full price. SCAM BEWARE
WARNING----Read small print carefully ---I didnt, and after 1 month of receiving the serum and cream, the company took £79.99 out of my bank account without my permission. I am trying to get a refund, as I on ly have my pension. What a shock. I only checked because I had read some messages on here about women who had done the same as me, and were being billed a lot of money. Once the company have your card details, they just help themselves. I cant even use the serum as it burns my skin. BE WARNED.
I ordered the two products from them unfortaunately I didnt read the small printI could not) and have had a £100 plus taken from my Bank account unauthorised of course. I have written, emailed them and reported unathorised with drawals to my Bank. Initially I received the two pots of useless junk but for all their withdrawls I have received nothing else.On top of this I ordered a trial sample from Pro Health of colon cleanser and I am experiencing the same thing from them. These three items you had to pay post and packing and then they have got all your Bank details.BEWARE
it is a complete fraud once they have your Bank details to pay for the postage they invade your account and withdraw numerous sums for more products which they dont send, the catch is they tell you in the small print to cancel by a certain time of they will continue to send. and they dont, BEWARE ALL YOU LADIES/MEN THEY ARE A SCAM
The Catch? - its a clever scam. People get the so called free trials, then approx 1 month later, £79.99 is taken from their bank account, and this happens each month. I telephoned the company to cancel, and demanded a refund, as I hadnt given permission for them to take the money, and hadnt ordered any further supplies of the cream and serum. I also put a stop on my debit card, and spoke to the bank, who stated that the company could still take money from the account despite cancelling the card.! I then had to fill in a form at the bank, stating what had happened, and the bank will try to recover the money. I have had 3 emails since from the company, who say a refund has been authorised, and that my accou nt has been canceled. we will see! I on ly get a pension, so that money is desperately needed. I didnt read the small print when getting the samples, but it didnt state they would automatically deduct nearly £80 from my account. The Trading Standards say it is a scam that started in Cyprus. To me, it is THEFT!!!
I HAVE JUST RECEIVED THE FULL REFUND for Perfect Radiance, and Revita derm!! I am am azed, especially after reading that many of you have had no help from the company whatsoever. In future, I will read all the small print, and to hell with wrinkles etc. I shall keep mine, AND MY MONEY! All of you out there, do telephone the company, and demand a refund, you should then get emails confirming cancellation and refunds. Good Luck.
scam dont touch it once they have your Bank details they keep taking money so far I have lost £72.95. I obviously doesnt work
didnt even get to give a try after I looked at mt Bank accout a load of fraudsters and most banks are aware of them, Dont go near the other advert for losing weight, Leanslim they are another bunch of fraudsters who do exactly the same
