If you haven't already, get yourself a cv put together, get copies done and go round every shop just handing it in,we see a guy doing just that the other day literally just going to the desk and giving them his cv,he done this in loads of shops and was told if nothing was available it would be held on file,My daughter is same age as u and just finished her GCSE's,we've just got her a cv put together and she is going into town to hand them out next week,,,do u have anything to lose???
You might wanna learn to spell before you do a CV....!

As a UK resident Connexions should be able to help.

Also, lots of smaller stores like Wilko's or Wooliies give Saturday jobs - or maybe get a factory job until something better comes along. You can also try recruitment agencies, who are quite happy to place you - even if you just want to gain some experience....
The best thing to do is look in the Evening Post at Junior vacancies. When you start work as a Junior you can work your way up within the company and you can apply for positions in other departments, like I.T. etc. After I left school I got a job as an Office Junior. I have never been to college but through experience I have worked my way up to Personal Assistant for the Managing Director who covers not only Nottingham, but the whole East Midlands region. Have a look on www.thisisnottingham.co.uk under the jobs section. Unfortunately you may have to start right at the bottom but if you're determined to work hard, there are no end of possibilities. Good luck!

of them and believe me this is the best. i get
a check every month first check was $27.00 second
