Ok so I had a job interview yesterday, although it was more like a presentation. It's a sales and marketing job. I've never worked in sales and marketing, all done over the phone, which i am good at, Im good with speaking to people on the phone.

My problem is that I'm not sure I want the job. It's better money than the job im currently in. But the job im currently in gives me 20 weeks off a year, and weekends too, and my normal allowance of holidays! Im not very regular with working hours, and can stay up late alot , which means if i have to start at 9, i'll be very tired. My current job caters for that...

The agency are now phoning me, asking if I want to go for a 3rd interview.

My current job is nightshift hours, and I dont feel that it is healthy, and not something i can do forever, whereas the other job, if i got my head down I could stay there for a good while, and also have a better wage, but I will not get as much free time. Oh it's a dilemma, im not sure... If its not broke, dont fix it right. Well it's not broke just now, but sometime soon I could be looking for a new job anyway...

Should I go for it?

Have you any sales experience? Sales can be a ruthless business, I'd think very carefully about whether you wil be able to do the job as it's a difficult (and often not very nice) industry to be in if it doesn't suit you.
