You others may not know of this but dogspit may well be a refugee from another site that closed and which I used to frequent. And no, 'spit, I would never, in my worst moments, drink anything with an umbrella, or anything which had so much greenery that it looked like an alcoholic swamp. :)

Anyway to be serious, I would suggest to dogspit that whatever he decides upon will be acceptable; providing it has been approved by our Ed as a genuine AB drink..................I don't mean 'Answerbank' but 'Alcoholic Beverage'.

Alston - actually I don't.

My current record is after 'interupted service' - the gremlins got to my original account, and I was obliged to re-register, which is the account you see now.

I have actually been on AB since 2000, I am one of the originating site members when it was first constrcuted and put onto the web, at which time i was employed as a Channel Producer, writing weekly features on the Music Section, and answering Questions.

I am, by some margin, the longest serving AB'er, a fact of which I am extremely proud.
