When I was a kid I used to have a collection of cassettes called "Storyteller" and they came with a book that you followed with the tape. He narrated many of them and whenever I heard his voice on TV I would always be reminded of those tapes.

Oh no - I read and interview with him just the other week - he was on breathing apparatus and he said it was down to smoking 60 a day.

But he said he enjoyed it and would not change it!!
