in life, maybe would have done something different, or did something you regret? I have. I should have done my law degree. I regret that very very much.

I'd love to do a law degree. Some of the lawyers I used to work for were so majestically up themselves, I'd love to be able to behave like that for once!

Naw! Its all water under the bridge
Never look back ! Tomorrow's another day !
is it too late?
I should have taken up playing the saxophone half a century ago.
Not really - I might have done some things differently, but if I had, I wouldn't be where I am now.
Law degrees are over rated. Trust me on that!!

I should have done my art history degree instead of getting married. Still if I'd have done that I'd probably be working in some dusty museum.
I kind of regret not taking my place at art college but god knows where I would be now....... Either earning a bomb in Paris working for Karl Lagerfeld or being a couchsurfing dolebum in Edinburgh!!
or married to a prince and throwing up in hospital, Barmaid?
I wish I had stayed on in London after my chef training. Instead I listened to an idiot of an ex boyfriend, and decided to come back to Scottyland! Grrrr lol
i regret not filling up my glass before i went to bed, now i have to come out from under the quilt
I should have done it instead of thinking about it .
Back in late '70 I had got a job at the Wankie Colliery in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and the day before I was due to fly out my father had a serious heart attack and for obvious reasons I did not go. The company were very good and held the job but then I had an accident at the pit and was in hospitalised and never took up the offer, which was probably lucky as in June '72 there was a major explosion at the mine and over four hundred people were killed, so you never know whats in store for you.
OK ! I admit I regret going to University and wasting four years of my life getting a degree when I could have been making money !
Fair point jno, in that case, no regrets.
Is it too late to take a law degree. I know 2 people who did Law after they retired from teaching.
No, it's not Ellie. When I did my degree there were nearly retired people on it. A colleague of mine didn't come to the bar until she was 55.
Paddy - thats spooky, you were never meant to go

Not reading English and History at A level and going onto an Arts degree.

Not taking up the offer of a PhD

Few things on the romance front, but you can't look back, just as you can't in investments and buying paintings, antiques etc.
Lardy! Not ALL of us behave like that (at least not on Tuesdays!).
