Morning bernie. I've had a great weekend away with friends who spoiled me wonderfully! :o} I got back yesterday just in time to go and skipper a lunch charter, so I got a free lunch. Wonderful! :o}

I am going to have this cuppa and take the dogs out, if I take them out as soon as I am up they will expect that to happen every day so I have to bide my time so they know who is boss [ ha ha]. Have a good day whatever is planned. Dee

morning alba what are you up to today ? me I am hoping for a lazy day, sit outside and read a book got a trashy Jackie Collins on the go and its the type of book you can put down and pick up where you left off withut having to tax your brain my fav author is Peter James how abou the rest of you ?
morning anne wish I lived near a beach but beggars cant be choosers they say , how lovely to walk the dog on the beach is there restrictions as to when dogs can do this ?

Morning gentle folk, rain here again and likely to be all day, apparently. Was supposed to have a house guest last night on her birthday but her family circumstances meant that wasn't possible, so I took it out on the garden. Think I should have used the machete though - it has got a little overgrown what with all this bleeding precipitation!!

I don't think I've a favourite author, just depends what mood I'm in, although I do like detective novels, some more than others. (Peter James is good)
I've a Lee Childs sitting waiting for me to get around to it. Still clacking away with the ker-nitting needles :-)
