Because Body and Soul seems to be the busiest place where the most people hang out and most answers are left.

Why don't I ask here? Coz they are legal questions and particular people have a tendancy to give less legal advice but more their opinions against you.

Paul, honestly post them in Law. They're good over and there ans will give you an answer when they can. Just ignore those thatwill judge you (they particularly don't like any one who's been done for speeding or GBH)
