It does seem an exceptionally user 'unfriendly' site, although the same cannot be said of the users who try to help new people like me. I find it very difficult to find previous questions about current puzzles or even to find my own (until another user explained that I should search in my own profile for questons I have asked). I don't understand why I can't actually find my own questions by scrolling back - I have looked for my time of posting, but have not found my question there. So it is a real mystery how the site works. maybe it will be updated one day? The idea of the site is fabulaous, but it is just a little unwieldy!

there are FAQs at the bottom of the homepage, in the middle at the bottom (it's in red text).

but as you say, you should be able to find your questions in "my profile" but I use Firefox and it's a bit problematic for me.

Thanks for that, Sara3. I had a look at the FAQs but they don't seem to have any advice on how to access things. Perhaps the number of different sections are too numerous to give a 'one answer fits all' type of response.

Thanks again!

Surprised to find YOU still there!
We keep being telt by the AB Editor that developments are in hand and things will improve. No doubt we'll be able to order pizzas direct before the search facility improves...
