my, how very simple, reminds me of the days when you made your computer go by rubbing two sticks together. Grateful for the tutorial, but forgive me if I devote not one single second to doing it.

I tried to ask how it's done in the Christmas section but no one was telling.

one small oddity here... regular text fits on to my screen width fine, but the coloured text seems (on the screen I'm on at the moment) to vanish off the right hand side, going underneath the ads invisibly. I'm sure there's some wonderful technical explanation for this that I don't want to know.

Just copy and paste the above. Put a < before the whole thing and a > after. Change the "text here" to anything you want to put.
