No, Octavius, it is a test of the understanding of the contributors to Answerbank. I am both in and out of the Muslim world and read and speak Arabic and English equally. I have for many years worked towards multicultural understanding and integration.I lifted the joke, such as it is, from an Arab newspaper and planted it an English professional magazine, a management magazine and Answerbank. The first two have received more than 30 replies each from both sides of the fence all mainly adding to the irony. Answerbank you can take what view you like for yourself. If THECORBYLOON had had an education he would know Proverbs - "As a dog that returneth to it's own vomit, So THECORBYLOON is as a fool that repeateth this folly".
