I just spoke to crystal guides about the state of answer bank on 020 7307 1270 and was told that the person I really needed to speak to was very busy but usually available by phone. In the meantime would we please all put our concerns in mails and mail them to:- <br /> [email protected]. <br /> and I was reassured that it would be dealt with;-) <br /> <br /> If not then they said we were weclome to call back by phone in a few days....so can I suggest we all do this?:) <br />

Obnox - that really is strange. Yesterday I tried a number of times to call them, but each time it was 'engaged'. Today I put my phone on automatic repeat redialling and it has still been unable to connect. I started at 11am and over 4 hours later it is still engaged. How did you manage to get through so easily?

Well if you notice it's a different number to the 'contact us' one. This one ends 70, that one ends 79. Which are you trying, because the 70 one rings straight through?

I too think it's a crock of **** Boo and that they'll do nothing, but if we don't do as suggested then we have no further leverage to bitch and moan about it, and that's a different mail address to anything that i've found so far elswhere, so might be worth a try before I call them back and clog up their switchboard.
I emailed them last night about the OLE error. I got a response this morning!!!!! Says "we have a techie looking at this and sorry for any problems it is causing".

I have just had a reply from the Ed and it came back almost instantaneously, at any rate far too quickly to have been typed. It was clearly an automated answer.
Hopefully they have a stack of complaints, and get them sorted
they are clearly doing something: I can't see anything on this site until I sign in. I suppose I can guess what it is they're attending to. Hopefully some sort of anti-troll device.

But of course they may have just gone out for tea and scones.
Had a couple of emails from the Ed a couple of weeks ago, wherein she said she was running the whole thing on her own and was awaiting techies to join her, so I think we have to presume that she has no help yet. Give her a chance, women are wonderful and multi-tasking but this is a bit big for one woman. Thank heavens she's not a he, or twould be an even worse mess!!
Judging by the lack of response and the messing about continuing, it is fair to assume AB is a rudderless ship again.
She may have had a relapse of her maternity leave.
