I love porridge in winter, with a little sugar. Not salt!
Tonight, just lasagne and veg. Only myself and youngest son live here now :-(. So, we please ourselves.
My combination of 1lb of hamburger, 2 cans of baked beans, 1 can of creamed corn, and 1 can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup all mixed together and spiced to taste. It's very tasty hot or cold.
I honestly don't know. OH is having baked potatoes and tuna with salad and I'm meeting a friend for a drink. We may eat out, depends if I feel hungry or not.
OH and had a nice meal and cocktails out last night.
Gluten free pasta bake with ground beef & carbonara sauce for dinner, with garden salad -everything from the garden. I've made two gluten free fruit cakes and an apple pie this afternoon so they will be having pie, I'll maybe have a bit of fruit cake with some cheese later on.
Breakfast is always the same during the week: Gluten free toast and marmite.
OH is making a chicken risotto. We eat dinner about 8.00ish or later, so tea and supper don't happen. And breakfast and lunch are do it yourself affairs. I often just have brunch and dinner. Perhaps my two squares of dark chocolate with a cuppa count as supper!
