Irish Corned Brisket here - just gone in the pot with some nice stock and loads of carrots and sweet onions. Spuds to be added in an hour or so.

Served at 7ish with crusty bread and a glass (or two) of Guinness.

Sounds more healthy than mine. I have pasta (the swirly type, I know you wanted to know..) With some COOP bolognog sauce with Wikinger hot dogs cut up in it.
