morning everyone, i hope you are all well and that your day is a good one.
I have to see my GP about BP later on this morning, but hopefully if i can go early can be back here to have the rest of the day to chill as the weather looks set to be very changeable, and i have no desire really to go out at all today. But needs must i guess.

I hope my BP is down from what is was a few weeks back, one reading was so high that i should have being having an imminent stroke, but after the GP himself took it - was back to being a tad high. Back on the BP tablets for the time being.

She's been put on No1 - she was hoping to play Centre Court, more of an incentive to get through perhaps!

the crowd have really been behind her, i hope she has a good match, so far she has been excellent. Co Co Gauff is up against Kerber, now that should be a good match.

yes but I would expect Kerber to win this one - she's the only past champion who is left in the women's....
