Some little Wiltshire bumpkin is going to be sooooo pleased for you as he starts another week of shift work - tough, tough, tough!
I hope the weather stays bright for you Welshy - yesterday was the most gorgeous day in Bournemouth. The sky was brilliantly blue and the vapour trails were so high they looked nothing more than a distant gnat's fart ;) The sun was radiating like the Koh-i-noor diamond turning under the fiercest arc lamps. Thank goodness for ciggie breaks, I say.
Am off today - a nice long weekend - and will be out to Big Sis's in 2 hours. One does so enjoy one's weekend residence. Have a great day everyone.

Morning ttfn, my heart bleeds for old sheepdip - honest it does! Weather not promising much except rain through to midweek whhich is a shame because tuesday would have been Sylvia's birthday and I was going to be down the churchyard tending to the grave and putting some lovely flowers there for her. Still, what's a bit of rain - won't do me any harm.

Welshy - the rain keeps everything fresh and inviting (unless it is on you-know-who, in which case the first half of my statement is certainly true, if not the second!) I am sure the flowers will be appreciated x
Noraq - a girl's best friend, certainly ☺ I am taking Big Sis for tests this morning to determine her latest health issue. I think she is jealous of my track record and is trying to catch me up - silly girl. She is streets behind me, lol. The rest of the weekend will be fantabulous though - I have fresh supplies in :))) x

Enjoy your hols Welshy... ttfn.... can you tell me what you are taking....sounds like it would do a bomb down the clubs...

Noraq - indeed. Have a look - makes facetnating reading ;) Towards the end of the page - I love James Callaghan's reply to Ali Bhutto's request/demand that the diamond be returned.

I remember back in the 60's when Richard Burton bought Liz Taylor her special diamond he said he wished it could have been the Koh-i-noor - thuddddd ☺
