Body trimmer.

I know this should probably be in another section but ABrs are so helpful. I have been given a "Dynasiser body trimmer".because I mentioned I want to improve my upper arms(probably beyond hope). It is like two strong pieces of elastic with handles at each end. Has anyone tried one. Do they help.Or should I look for a young,fit handsome personal trainer (sigh)
