When is the kitten season?

Can anyone tell me when the main kitten season is please? We lost our beautiful cat Shauna last November and I'm falling apart with lonliness for some feline company...we really fancy getting 2 cats or kittens and just wondered when the animal sanctuaries will be most packed out...thanks everyone...footymum

Usually around springtime (Easter is often busy) but they have some all year round. If you visit now and register your interest they may be able to take more in if they know you are planning on taking a couple, as they often have to turn some away if they are full.

Please think of getting adult cats....they are the ones who really need a home. You can often find pairs of them in rescue centres.

just seen your question .I was the same ,We got two sisters from the rspca rescue centre, they are the most friendliest cats I have ever come across. They cost £40 each but their teeth, injections ect were all done and they have also been chipped. FAbulous cats
