Thanks alba. All is not well at the moment with MIL in and out of hospital since November and now shes had to go into a care home and weve to sell her house to pay for it. Its a long and sad story, but thank you for being concerned.

Ive never been far away from here. I dont come on here every day and some days I just nip in and read whats going on but dont post anything

Catching up on work ... so not much fun.

I bunked off yesterday, and spent the day with the BF ... I'd booked us into a very jolly hotel on Sunday night. I flew home yesterday afternoon.

So, a bit of a skivecake.

I should get down to work, but I'm going to the gym first.

Just don't mention the words "In Tray" ... LOL

JJ, corned beef hash, lightly fry an onion til soft, mash potatoes and corned beef together, add the onions, stir well, add back to frypan and cook until the smell is tasty. My late brother made a reet delish one once :D (No ill effects)
