Frogs and cats

Our cat keeps bringing frogs home, we rescue the live ones but don't know where he finds them....are we okay to release them into the neighbours' garden...will they find they own way home?

frogs dont have a home as such they will use were ever they go when old enough to breed will always go back to were they were born as tadpoles,
