No.  Their turning circle is very large and need large spaces to cope.  I have 2 Neapolitan Mastiffs and they need lots of room.

It would totally depend on their individual characters, their sexes & how well they know eachother. I would never leave dogs together in a small area if they haven't got some kind of bond established.
