I loved this and will keep it for when I get settled and get a couple of cats. x
Cheers for the link Jenna

I don't know if you saw the documentary on " Nora, the piano playing cat" , but some experts linked the sound of a cat's purring to the maintenance of healthy bones and immune system.
....In the cats themselves that is, not to us listening humans.
Thanks for the link - lots of interesting information.

It doesn't, however, explain why I was wakened at about three this morning so that I could feed the monsters' first breakfast.
Wow, that's such an informative link, thanks for that Jenna.
:-)
A great read. When I was on holiday I found a book in a secondhand bookshop on Cat Behaviour. It's hilarious.

Still, I have never found a book that explains:-

why the cats have to sit either on or at the top of the stairs (as a cunning trap for the unwary to break their necks)
why ASBO has to crap in his box when I take him to the vets, even if he has just been
Why they HAVE to sit on the clean, but slightly damp washing with muddy paws
Why food that was delectable 3 days ago is now abhorrent
Why we will drink from muddy puddles and the toilet but not from our bowl (which has fresh spring water in it daily).
