been found in our pallet racking at work. ahhhhh, its mewing constantly, has blue eyes and the tips of its ears are very slightly curled. it can walk reasonably ok and if you put it in your hand its torso would fill your hand and its legs would dangle down the sides. it would be a good fit in my lady hand. anyone got any idea if its old enought to be taken home and adopted?? she is beautiful.

The best way to find out is to take it into your local vet !
She sounds like she may nearly be old enough to adopt.
Like donna said take her to your local vet and they can tell you what age she is etc.

I'm presuming you want to adopt her, and since she is a stray and has no family then I'm sure you would be fine to.
Many kittens lose their parents at young age, so you can look after them with milk suppliments.

Also look out for posters aswel, as you never know some people may be appealing as they ahve lost her.

just back from vets.... they said she was just old enough to be adopted and was otherwise very healthy indeed, alert, well fed, bright eyed etc. the bloke who found her has taken her. i really wanted her, but he found her, and he wanted her too, so she has gone to a caring home anyway.
Oh no what a shame!
You can always head down a rescue centre, they have plenty of cats and kittens at the moment.
Shame you didn't get that kitten, but maybe it's a good omen to help another...
mandimoo, I'm pleased she's found a nice home. Poor wee thing - if she's anything like my little orphan I took in, she'll give your colleague lots of love in return!! K xx
By the way when I put oh no what a shame-i meant the fact you didn't get to keep her, not the fact she's been adopted-just wanted to clarify!

It's good that she's gone to a home where I'm sure he'll care about her, but shame you didn't get to keep her, when it shows that you obviosuly cared about her, since putting up question on here.
