WHAT ARE THESE TINY WHITE/TRANSPARENT BUGS IN MY FRONT ROOM AROND THE SKIRTING BOARDS THEY ARE SOFT BODIED AND VERY SMALL THEY MOVE SLOWLY

They sound like book-lice. Pale brownish, about 1 mm, like tiny aphids.
