Fried egg sarnies mamma, with the yolk nice 'n runny. If made correctly, and if your aim is good you can take a bite, and at the same time, give the yolk a mighty squeeze you can splatter the person sitting opposite.

Obviously I'm not going to do that, that would be a waste of a good sarnie
