Not the whale anyway, thats a mammal. As far as marine fish go the Bluefish, Pomatomus Saltatrix is the best. Freshwater fish, its got to be Piranhas

Either Betta Splendens.....The Saimese Fighting Fish or Botia macracanthus....Clown Loach. I have an aquarium with these little fishes in there.
