Don't worry. They will soon shrivel up and drop off. Enjoy the next few weeks kitty watching!

ok if thats normal i will try not to worry, They are so cute, mum does not want to drink or eat, but i am sure she will by the morning
oh how precious...and what fun!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS on the additions :)
If she has eaten the afterbirths then she won't be hungry anyway.

Just make sure there is some food and drink available.
be carefull they dont get caught around the kitten foot before they shrivel up as they can cause injuriesif goes unnoticed.
Sounds pretty normal to me. Not all mums, wether they be cats, rabbits etc, will sever the cords themselves. As already said just keep an eye on them, and keep an eye on mum. Make sure she does start eating and drinking in the next day or so. She'll need her energy to feed those kits.
And congratulations! I bet theyre adorable!
If they are that long, you might want to shorten them up. If they get cought on something, such as another kittens foot and get pulled off, you could have a HUGE problem on your hands. You can trim them with some clean sissors, to even a 1/2 inch. It shouldnt bleed, but if it does, just tie off the end with a piece of floss.
