I am not sure, but if albinism in chiclids is sex-linked (as it is in so many other animals) A normal male with a albino female will produce all albino males and normal/carrying albino females.

A normal male with a normal/carrier female produces all normals but half of the females will be carriers (you won't know which ones though)

An albino male with a normal carrier female will produce 4 types: half albino males and normal males, half albino females and half normal/carrier females.

Albino with albino will breed all albinos.

As albinism is a degenerative mutation which weakens a species (blindness, missing scales, 'soft' muscles etc.) it is advicable to breed an albino with a normal/carrier. Also swap some of your babies with another breeder for a different bloodline.
