morning, Monday and the start of the working week for some, i hope that you are all in good health, and your day is a pleasant one, do you have anything planned for today? I have nothing in the calendar, but will see how the weather pans out, todays forecast for the capital is a high of 21c with partly sunny skies. Pretty much how it's been for days.

its quiet this morning, perhaps some are sleeping in, can't say as i blame you, could do with some more sleep myself.

so far so good, its beautiful here at the moment, but has been very changeable, will see what it does later on, whether i go and sit in the local park to get some fresh air.

Friday looks to be the best day here in the capital,

Going away tomorrow for couple of weeks so will miss the good weather here but hopefully it will be warm in Spain. Been waiting long enough for this hol.

i hope you have a splendid time out in Spain, like a lot of people who have waited for their hols.

Not looking forward to the airport as have to be there at 3am and it's around a 90 mile drive from here.

wouldn't it have been more convenient to stop in a nearby hotel

We did the last time but we would still have to be up very early so thought it not worth it this time.

it would save you a long drive though, even if you did have to get up very early, what time is your flight?

6am. 3 of us can drive so can always change if needed.

i wouldn't fancy being there at that time, 3am is when we are supposed to be sleeping.
