This gentle soul found a tiny egg left behind in a cage in a pet shop after the mother had been sold. He nurtured the tiny unhatched egg and watch what happens.

They are in the parrot family and we call them budgies but Americans call them parakeets.

Our budgie laid a couple of eggs on my husband's shoulder over the years, she adored him :-)
