i have Shelter coming to collect bags and bags of clothes and a food delivery, i might even go out to lunch if the weather holds.

Minty i watched the Edinburgh Military Tattoo last evening, the one from 2018, excellent as always, i just love the pipers and drums, alongside the wonderful bagpipes...

yes him me and our friends that we go doggy walking with... Tattoo is always quite spectacular emmie...and cold !

yes i would expect it to be cold at the Tattoo, would love to go i must admit..

it is really quite expensive nowadays...and normally booked a year in advance..not sure what will become of those booked for this year..the city has lost many tens of millions from tourists..but we have rather enjoyed the break from the madness if truth be told

Morning all. I'm late this morning. didn't get to sleep until 0300ish, no real reason, just couldn't get off.
A miserable morning again here. Lots of cloud with the odd hole in it. it seems to be getting brighter from the North.
What the day holds I have no idea, nothing planned other that the usual.

Morning all....looks okay out there, some pink clouds around - the Met Office is forecasting a nice day albeit a little chilly at 16C. Not much planned at the moment. To think it was a week since the family arrived....where does time go?
