No, but they do have four knees.
they have big flat round feet with four toes and toenails. Their feet are very sensitive and can sense an awful lot of vibrations and shapes, they also act as huge shock absorbers.

An elephant's foot (not the plant variety) closely resembles the plantigrade foot of man, except that the heelbone rests on a thick pad of flesh. Thus the elephant's hind leg has no conspicuous heel or hock joint as does the hind leg of a horse or dog. The free joint is the knee, and the elephant is one of the few animals that can kneel on its hind legs.

Elephants indeed have Hooves because they clearly have no ankle bone, therefore it is impossible for them to have feet, clearly jay, josh and bacarella are morons and have no conception of what elephants are like. Bosak and Cotter are 100% correct in saying that elephants have hooves. Josh is a complete drunken idiot and bear only likes showing off to jays sisters friens on how well he THINKS he can play guitar hero! The mighty Peeeeete has spoken!
