They are a credit rating agency like Experian https://www.creditreportsmatter.co.uk/

Have you opened any new credit accounts lately, or asked for a credit search? It says on their website that an initial search is free, anyway. There's a number here that you can ring them https://www.creditreportsmatter.co.uk/contact.php

but I'd start with your bank, asking how the money was requested.
It appears that you've used their trial service to check your credit report (either directly or, possibly, via a third party website) and then failed to cancel the trial within the 10-day trial period. See the grey box, at the bottom right, here:
https://www.creditreportsmatter.co.uk/

Phone 0808 189 0346 during office hours to try to sort it out.
(Local call rates from a BT line).
ah, that's sneaky of them, chris, I didn't spot the trial period on the site.

I don't see how they could take money from your account if you didn't give them the number, though?
