We appear to have been adopted! This afternoon a little white and torty kitten turned up in my kitchen (she just walked in through the cat flap). I know all the local cats and haven't seen her before. She has fleas and obviously an allergy and was VERY hungry. She's also a feisty wee madam who took a lump out of my hand when I tried to put her in the box to take her to be scanned at the vets.

No chip, so she has been released outside, but she looks SO lost.

Mr BM is already in love with her so I think if she can't find her way home or decides to stay we have number 5.

However, I shall be putting a sign above the cat flap saying "No Vacancies at the Cat Hotel". I shall keep you posted.......

It is quite cute. Took me months to stop ASBO doing that. Mainly because he used to actually come IN the shop with me and didn't understand "Wait here".

Wolf - do I look frigging stupid?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)
You must do - five cats have suckered you, what is a further two? MrBM sounds as bad as you do.

Actually, I should take that back. Of course I am stupid - once I had a little house with just me and 2 cats. Now I have 4 cats, going on 5 or 6, 3 chickens, 2 stepchildren and a man who I could quite happily hit with a shovel at this precise moment in time.

My address is..........

My little stray does have a proper Mummy and Daddy. Unfortunately, she's naffed off now so I can't find her. When she turns up later (which I think she will) I have her Houseslave's phone number. With a bit of luck they will be reunited soon.

I'm a little sad though.........
Aww, well expect wolf's tomorrow
I can understand that BM, being a bit sad.
Then again, she knows where you live and will be a regular guest!
so it's a new daughter then?
And if my avatar needs a new home I'll send him round to you
She's out telling all her friends to call and see her in her new pad. Check behind the sofa tonight for the party.
sibton - is that your moggie? I thought that it was just a nice moggie picture. Princess Stupid doesn't take a good photograph due to her colouring and my skills with a camera. Frankie is the dude in my avatar.
Yes wolf, one of my son's two indoor cats x
Indoor seems good - imagine the dirt that would collect in that coat outside. My two are indoor kitties - they are usually too busy trying to kill each other to worry about 'outside'.

I trust that you are a happy granny. :-)

They are both lovely cats. I hope little puss makes it back here so I can properly reunite her with her slaves. It was the local vets who made the link cos I took her to be scanned yesterday. They've seen the pics I took earlier and confirmed it is their baby. They have just moved house and so she's lost, poor mite.
wolf, very happy granny to 2 cats and 4 dogs (daughter's) I, like you, can't do the photograph thing but they e-mail me pictures all the time. My laptop password is one of the cats, daughter evened things up by putting no.1 dog as screen saver
Piper is still available
Piper will never let you go, fgt, she owns you
Lol at least the calling seems to have calmed down the vet better help me out on Saturday
