Very quiet today. Just 2 kittens reserved, the last of the 20 that were dumped a few months ago. Unfortunately 4 died but the other 16 all got homes. Some really lovely new cats in & shouldn't have a problem rehoming them.

Will it get quiet now Kat on the rehoming side - leading up to Christmas?
Question Author
It should on the kitten side but the waiting list for cats is still 8 months & over 300 on the list!!
You mean 300 cats waiting to come in? That's horrendous. So they are unwanted in their own homes?
Question Author
Some are Lady & others strays hanging round peoples homes!
It's good to hear that the kittens found new homes but sad that there are just so many unwanted cats out there. It's a blessing that there are places like yours kat - keep up the good work xx
I have just had an email from a friend to tell me that the local Cats Protection coffee morning/sale made £2,500 yesterday. It sounds like a lot of money but it is not going to take long to spend.

Kittens are funny animals - they look so small and fragile but they are hell-bent on destroying curtains, sofas etc. :-)
lucky for the two kittens reserved - well done you
