Custom Made Bird Cage Trays
The bottom tray on my bird cage has cracked. I have contacted the supplier but they will not deal with the public direct and I have been unable to find anywhere who will just supply the bottom tray on its own.
I have been thinking about getting a plastic manufacturer to custom make one as it is only plastic but do not know where to start looking - anyone got any ideas?

To be honest, for a manufacturer to make a one-off it would cost thousand as a mold has to made.
The plastic bottom cages are pretty much a throw away item. You can get special plastic glue, have a go at gluing it up. If it is only the flat bottom part of the tray you can probably glue a piece of persplex to it.
