hiya
yeh they say dogs dont toilet there own bed, but i had a young staff he also did the same and he woulnt go any where else in the home, obviously i washed his bedding every time, i was told he was doing this because hes leaving his smell and every time i washed his bed i was replacing his scent with another, sorry im no more help.
Is she shut in her crate for any length of time? Is the crate big enough for her to go at one end and sleep at the other? If it is left open, perhaps she thinks this is where you want her to go. Don't give her acces to the crate unless she is being left while you are out or overnight, and make sure she is given plenty of opportunity to go before you put her in it.
