I don't understand this Romanian dog rescue thing. The RSPCA puts down healthy dogs every day because they can't find homes.

Islay, I'm not a fan of them either, but there are 100's of other Rescues full of deserving cases.

Islay, it's not just the RSPCA. Local councils put down over 7000 stray dogs every year. Unwanted dogs is a huge problem in the UK
