I've just made some fresh peach, with Archers schnapps with a tart raspberry swirl through it to cut the sweetness - it's delish even if I do say it myself!

Sounds lovely but we need something for the lads, Im thinking an ice cold full strength full bodied beer with crushed ice and little umbrellas mad out of dorset naga, scothbonnet and habenaro chilli's!

That sounds lovely mercia. I could just do with that. Off to the pub in a couple of hours where I will be having a ploughmans I think. Mind you they do a nice steak and ale pie so I may change my mind.

hold the ice cream pls mercia and hide the booze in a dark coloured glass - just stick a straw in it to make it look like a soft drink for matron's prying eyes and I will come and wash up for you

only scotches in the house are bottles of Macallan and Laphoaig, Jamesons makes a lovely smooth tasting ice cream and its cheap enough to go mad with....use it in cooking all the time,
