I have just seen an advert on tv for quick quid loans. The interest rate they charge is 2356% APR. Surely only people who are desperate use them. So should there be legislation to stop this exorbitant rates.

If this article is 100% true then 2356% is down from their previous rate of 10,000% (yes ten thousand)
