Thanks, Cobbler, but I don't think this the one I'm looking for. Homebase has the slogan 'makes a house a home' but the one I have in mind was sung, and contained the words 'into a home'. I suppose I could be misremembering it. Anyone have another suggestion?

fairly sure it was a furniture company. "cantors" fits into the song, but i'm not entirely sure it was them. it might have been a generic ad that fitted several different regional stores.
