Hello bigmamma I'm usually on the Crosswords/Health & Fitness but have to say hello as you're always such a nice person on here when I've dared to venture onto Chatterbank - wouldn't linger on here too long as I'd be hooked and never get anything done!!
Anyway hope you are well! I'm off to teach my students some more stretches/breathing/relaxation exercises in an attempt to keep them(and myself) fit! Well, not quite this early but off in a couple of hours - bit ahead of myself this morning.
