I know the song they use on their advert is a variation of 'The Piano' by Michael Nyman, but does anyone know the name of this version, as I can't find it anywhere.

I think it may be another track off the soundtrack to The Piano - there are a number which use the same basic structure but are arranged differently, the Lloyds one could be one of these.
