I believe you are thinking about an ad for New Zealand Lamb.
The song used was by an unsigned artist called 'Stickboy' and was title "Recipe for Love" (not the Harry Connick, Jr. song) but 'Stickboy' is also the name of an American Band.

I think it might be Funky Lowlives, The - Time to Let you Go. You'll have to discribe the advert for me though if that's not correct
