PDF in ads??

When you are at visit4info and looking at ads you sometimes get the message "download the full size PDF".
What does PDF stand for? I know you have to pay to see these whether you are a member or not but...PDF?

PDF stands for Portable Document Format. It is a simple, compressed text/ picture file, opened by Adobe Acrobat Reader. I guess you are paying for access to these files.
