Is the actress in the annoying Orange mobile phone advert (with the pigeons and the guys with beards) Emily Bergl from Taken? She plays Lisa Clarke.

I haven't been able to confirm it, but I've read elesewhere that the girl is called Nicole La Liberte, and she's a former ballerina.

Doesn't look like her but maybe it is. I think the one in the orange advert has more freckles, I mean her face is covered. And she's English and Taken was in America.
