Said it before and I'll say it again, this one will run and run.

The sisterhood are falling over themselves to see who can gush the most.

I'm not surprised.  She's scared - and I can understand that.

Question Author

I can understand her being scared, I thought she'd take a few months off

She's made her money.  I don't blame her one bit for walking away from the public eye if that's what she's decided to do.

A project will be along presently, lest we lose one of the most important broadcasters of our time.

The only problem is that because of THE PANDEMIC, fluff, like microchips is in short supply.

Thoughts and prayers.

I don't think I've watched anything she's been in but I know she was very popular before the queue and Schofield scandals

It must be terrifying. I don't blame her for leaving.

we have two months to re-write the carol

---- No Holly now on tair-lie / silent is she now!  ( taddle taddle whoop taddle...

I am sure someone else can help out

Box, scrap, fight... Numbers, book of the Bible, so book.

She must beable

Sorry, posted that here in error.

^^^^  She must be able to survive without her £700,000 + yearly pay cheque!  I, for one, won't miss the Holly this Christmas.

Bonus.

I don't think I've ever watched a whole programme with her in it but I've seen clips and bits and pieces.   Doesn't matter who she is or what anyone thinks of her really.  What happened to her is horrifying.  There are certainly more out than in.

Goodbye Holly we must lose you.

We're so sad to see you go.

How on earth am I going to survive?

Why are people being so flippant and nonchalant about something that must be a horrifying experience. Shame on you.

indeed, the posts from AB women do seem a good deal more empathetic.

Wow Tilly, you're overdoing the outrage a bit. Holly is a lovely lady and her leaving the show is very sad. She has implied that the reason is nothing to do with the "horrifying experience", so IMHO there is no shame in expressing our sorrow in a light-hearted manner (a manner which she herself frequently displays when on the couch).
