morning, Thursday already, the days are rolling by. I hope that you are all as well as can be, and that your day is a pleasant one. Have you any plans for today? I have a food shop coming at 9am, so there is that to sort out, which won't take long. Then i need to take another LFT to determine whether i still have covid. I sincerely hope not, as it's been 8 long days and it should be gone by now, so fingers crossed it's negative.

the forecast for the capital is 22c, mostly cloudy, bit like yesterday, where it stayed all day, only lifting in the evening.

My wife works at the local school.
Self tests every morning on school days.

i hope it is negative, its been awkward having to isolate for so long, though i confess i have been out twice in 8 days, but only for a short time to get some provisions.

lunch in the park sounds nice, the weather is a bit dull for sunbathing,
a pint at the local when this has fully tapered off. I don't want to subject anyone there to my germs.

Interrogate the pantry.
Interrogate the fridge and the freezer.
Scratch one's head and think for a couple of minutes.
Then go full ninja and create something edible.
I'm just so prepared..

i am sure you are........ not sure what i want for this evening, i have a chicken, sweet & sour sauce in the freezer which might do.

Sweet and sour chicken, fish, or pork with either Jasmine or Basmati rice.
What's not to like?

i can't stand basmati or jasmine rice, plain old long grain easy cook rice does for me.
