No thats not the one, its advertising Sky for half price for the first 3 months, its quite a fast tune and in instrumental in this ad

I think it's the original classical piece - Troika by Prokofiev, as used by Greg Lake in "I Believe in Father Christmas"

BTW the Sky Movies Xmas ad which uses "The Man With The Bag" as sung by Kay Starr not Vonda Shepherd.
